      How to Register 1Life as your Konsulta Provider?

      1. Go to PhilHealth Member Portal:https://memberinquiry.philhealth.gov.ph/member
      2. Under Member Information, find Konsulta Provider and click "Click here to select Konsulta Provider".
      3. Select "Search Other Konsulta Provider".
      4. Enter Metro Manila as the province and Quezon City as the municipality/city.
      5. From the list of Konsulta Providers, look for 1Life and click the name.
      6. Once selected, you are now registered as a YAKAP member under 1Life.
